Most blank & pierce dies cost less than $350. Our stock inventory of standard form dies means lower tool cost and lower run cost for our customers.

Long Run

High Quality Long Run Metal Stamping:

AmeriStar provides full service metal stamping. We help you through every stage of your long run metal stamping process: part design, part processing, estimating, die build and tryout, draw die development, stamping of aluminum panels and on to completion.

AmeriStar has 6 punch presses with electronic part monitoring for high speed quality control. Our progressive dies offer production speeds up to 9,000 pieces an hour.

Cost Effective Long Run Metal Stamping:

Due to the higher tool cost with long run metal stamping, progressive dies generally become cost effective as production runs above 25,000. Prices include normal maintenance.
