CNC Machining

AmeriStar’s machining capabilities - include milling, drilling, tapping, boring with 25" x 50" table size – just to name a few. Our equipment includes the latest in CNC Vertical Machining Centers along with CNC Lathe capabilities, with tolerances up to .0001". Our CNC Lathe has bar feed up to 1.75" diameter, with tail stock, and is capable of "lights-out" operation. We machine most materials including plastic and stainless steel.
